Investor Relations Officer
What are you going to do?
As an international financial services provider, we operate in a dynamic and complex environment impacted by a wide range of geopolitical, economic, social and technological developments. The Investor Relations team is responsible for proper and consistent communication of NN Group’s strategy and other key messages to investors and other stakeholders.
As an Investor Relations Officer, you develop and deliver compelling arguments to investors, including buy and sell-side analysts and rating agencies, regarding the valuation of NN Group’s shares and capital instruments. You are involved in NN Group’s communications with investors, including the planning and preparation of presentations and financial disclosure documents. You develop and maintain financial models for NN Group and execute competitive benchmarks on relative valuation and performance measures. You act as a spokesperson for NN Group, and build and maintain strong relationships with key analysts and investors, and participate in investor roadshows. The Investor Relations team has a high level of exposure to the Management Board and other Senior Management within NN Group.
Your responsibilities
- Preparing for shareholder meetings and engaging with the shareholder community
- Planning and preparing for our disclosures, press releases and events for analysts and investors to ensure the quality meets our high standards
- Build long-term relationships with investors, equity analysts and rating agencies, and pro-actively provide them with useful information on a timely basis
- Understanding how internal/external forces, including changing regulatory requirements, in-fluence the NN investment case and continuously manage market expectations
- Help advance NN’s investment case from an ESG perspective
