Junior QRM Manager

You & Your Role
As a Junior QRM Manager, you know the secrets of forecasting Net Interest Income (NII) and measuring Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB). You work with the balance sheet management tool QRM and share your insights with stakeholders in Treasury, Finance, and Risk. You will work in the Treasury dealing room, the beating heart of the bank, where you will have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself.
- You produce monthly earnings figures for Rabobank’s ALCO (asset and liabilities committee).
- You use QRM to generate forecasting figures for financial planning or stress testing.
- You deep dive into Rabobank’s balance sheet with stakeholders.
- You provide specifications to IT teams to ensure accurate calculations in QRM.

As a Junior QRM Manager at Rabobank, you will work on your career by taking responsibility for forecasting and reporting from day one. Practical
- Duration: Temporary position of 1 year with the possibility of a permanent contract based on performance, starting as soon as possible.
- After your onboarding period, you will continue working with us as a Junior QRM Manager.
- Hours per week: 36/40.

You & Your Talent
- A master’s degree in a financial field such as Financial Economics or Econometrics.
- Knowledge of financial market products.
- Affinity with analysing numbers.
- Able, or willing to learn, to work with large data sets and software such as SQL.
