The program is a two-year rotation journey diving deep into equities, fixed income and currencies. Rotation will take place every 4 months, so you’ll circle back to each asset class twice, layering skills and confidence with each rotation. You will focus on developing your hard skills; learning the trade in its most basic form, and your soft skills; developing your communication- and writing skills just to name a few. In addition you’ll spend time with the different stakeholders in the investment chain as well as external parties.

We are looking for a new colleague with the following profile:
- You hold a University degree, preferably with expertise in data analytics and programming
- Passionate about financial markets and technological development
- Innovative, result driven, pro-active and curious
- Ability to perform under pressure

- A 36-hour workweek with flexible working hours and the ability to work remote

- A guaranteed year-end payment of 8,33%
